We currently support self managed and plan managed NDIS participants. Once registered, we will also be able to support agency managed participants. We work closely with support coordinators to ensure participants receive reliable, consistent services.

What participants and coordinators ask us.
Are you an NDIS registered provider?
Not yet — we are currently working towards full NDIS registration. In the meantime, self managed participants can engage us directly at our standard rates and claim reimbursement through their NDIS portal.
I’m self managed — how do I get started?
Simply contact us through the quote form or by phone. We’ll discuss your support needs, agree on a schedule, and provide an invoice you can submit to the NDIS for reimbursement. No referral needed.
I’m a support coordinator — how do I refer a participant?
Get in touch via our contact form or email and we’ll take it from there. We’re used to working with coordinators, keep communication clear, and can provide service notes and scheduling updates as needed.
What NDIS support items do your services fall under?
House cleaning is billed under 01_020_0120_1_1 — House Cleaning and Other Household Activities (Assistance with Daily Life, Core Supports). Garden maintenance is billed under 01_019_0120_1_1 — House or Yard Maintenance (Assistance with Daily Life, Core Supports). We include the relevant item code on every invoice to make claims straightforward. We recommend confirming these codes suit your plan with your planner or coordinator before your first visit.

We cover Joondalup, Wanneroo, Hillarys, Currambine, Kingsley, Ocean Reef, Edgewater, Clarkson, Butler, Mindarie, and surrounding northern Perth suburbs. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask.
Do you provide service agreements?
Yes. We can provide a written service agreement outlining the support to be delivered, frequency, and rates. This is available on request and recommended for self managed participants keeping records for NDIS claims.
